Idea Organizer
Clusters a raw brainstorm into a thematic hierarchical outline Use when: the user is thinking out loud, jumping between loosely related ideas, and wants them grouped by theme. Not when: the dictation follows a clear linear argument (use Structured Markdown) or only contains tasks (use To-do Extraction).
Magic Wand
Rewrites your dictation into clean, polished prose Use when: the dictation is the final text itself (a note, a paragraph, a message body) and only needs cleaning: filler words, false starts, punctuation, sentence flow. Not when: the text should become an email, a summary, a list or any other format; those have their own preset.
Summarize
Faithful, proportional summary of a voice dictation Use when: the dictation is long or rambling and the user wants it shortened to its essentials. Not when: the text is already short, or needs structure rather than shortening (use Structured Markdown), or an executive bottom line (use Executive TL;DR).
To-do Extraction
Strict extraction of actionable tasks from a dictation Use when: the dictation mentions things to do, reminders, assignments or deadlines, even among other talk. Not when: there is no action to take, or the user wants the full text kept (use Magic Wand).
Translate
Translates a voice dictation into a target language while cleaning up filler words and fixing artifacts. Use when: the dictation must be delivered in another language than the one spoken, or the user dictated in a language that is not the target of the destination app. Not when: the text is already in the language it will be read in.
Write Email
Turns a voice dictation into a ready-to-send email with adaptive tone. Infers greeting, structures the body by idea, adds a closing. Use when drafting a message to a specific recipient with the typical structure of an email (subject, greeting, body, sign-off). For short chat or DM messages, use Instant Message instead.
Academic Synthesizer
Repairs a raw lecture transcription then transforms it into executive-grade academic notes Use when: the text is a lecture, a course or a talk to turn into study notes. Not when: it is a meeting (use Meeting Minutes) or a personal note.
Code Brief
Converts a voice brain-dump into a structured Markdown brief for a coding agent Use when: the user describes a feature, a bug or a change to make in code, to be handed to a coding agent or a developer; the destination is an editor, a terminal, an agent chat or an issue tracker. Not when: the text is an ordinary message or note with no software task in it.
Meeting Minutes
Actionable minutes from a meeting transcript — participants, decisions, actions Use when: the text is a transcript of several people talking, with decisions and follow-ups to extract. Not when: a single person is dictating (use Summarize or To-do Extraction).
Restyle
Rewrites text in a chosen style — professional, simple, short, long, friendly, neutral, formal, or casual Use when: the text is already written and the user wants its tone or length changed (more formal, friendlier, shorter, longer, simpler). Not when: the text is a raw dictation that only needs cleaning (use Magic Wand).
Structured Markdown
Turns a voice brain-dump into a clean Markdown document with headings Use when: the dictation covers several topics or sections that deserve headings, to be pasted in a notes app, a wiki or a document. Not when: it is one short thought, a message or an email.
Executive TL;DR
Executive-grade TL;DR — bottom line, 3-5 key points, and next step Use when: a long text must be reduced to a bottom line, a few key points and a next step for a busy reader. Not when: a faithful proportional summary is wanted (use Summarize) or the text is short.
Polish Pipeline
Cleans a dictation, then delivers the polished text, a structured Markdown version, and an executive TL;DR in one output Use when: the user wants three versions at once (clean text, structured Markdown and TL;DR) from a long dictation. Not when: a single result is enough; it is the slowest and longest output.

Reply to Email
Drafts a faithful reply from the source email and your intended outcome. Use when: the dictation is the answer the user wants to give to an email that is quoted or visible in the window (mail client or webmail). Not when: a new email is being written from scratch (use Write Email).
